Routine Inspections

We conduct detailed inspections in the first three months and every six months thereafter, providing landlords with comprehensive reports including photographs, property updates and maintenance recommendations.

Final inspection & vacating process

At the end of every tenancy, we conduct a detailed final inspection comparing the property against the original ingoing condition report.

Where necessary, we coordinate repairs, cleaning or bond claims professionally and efficiently to ensure the property is returned in excellent condition.
