Diana is someone who naturally brings calmness and clarity into every situation. As Co-Founder of Ridley Real Estate and a Property Manager with more than 20 years of experience, she has built her career around helping people feel supported, understood and guided through what can often be stressful or emotional moments. Her ability to remain level-headed under pressure while still showing genuine empathy is one of the many reasons clients and staff alike gravitate toward her.

Originally from Geelong, Diana made the move to Mildura with Ben in 2008, and over the years she has developed a deep connection to the local community and the lifestyle the region offers. Family has always been at the centre of her world. As a proud mother of three children, she understands the importance of stability, communication and creating an environment where people feel genuinely cared for. That same mindset carries through into the way she works with landlords, tenants and the broader team every single day.

What we admire most about Diana is her ability to balance strength with compassion. She is incredibly strong-minded and decisive when situations require leadership, yet she always approaches people with patience, understanding and fairness.
